Fitness and shape are essential considerations for every human being, I feel. I am very particular about my personal fitness, and to that end I both swim and run regularly. I also go to the gym, and look forward to games activities at school.

In order to run when it is not dangerous because of traffic is often the challenge. Three or four times a week I get up earlier so I can go out for a run. Even just a half hour's run is beneficial, so I vary the length of my running. Mondays, I always strive to have an hour out on the roads before I get off to school.

It has to be particular cold for me to go running in anything more than boxer shorts, or boyshorts, and a sweatshirt. Obviously, there are times I wear a waterproof jacket.
