i want to stop cutting but i cant , its all i think about . as im writing this i'm bleeding. what should i do ? i dont want to go to the hospital for the 5th time

    yes all my family and friends know but none of them want me to go back to the hospital. and if i tell my counselor , i will go back but then my mom gets mad at me :/ when she sees new cuts , all hell breaks loose.

    Hey sweetie. If it's not stopping you probably need to go. Does anyone know you cut? You should tell someone and hopefully get some help. xx
