List 10 activities that help you calm down.
What do I usually do to avoid self harm:
- go for a walk
- talk to my closest friends (never about my depression and self harm)
- try to fall asleep
- spend some time with my family (playing board games, watching a movie)
- read a book (this requires lots of concentration)
- play piano (-//-)
- play video games :P
- listen to music
- hmm....watching some movie maybe?
