I have learned that there is only one truth that I can depend on for sure: that my consciousness is real. All other belief systems no matter how small or large, require me to place faith in my senses, my logic, and other people.

The fact that I am capable of thought is indisputable proof that my consciousness exists. Even to believe that my body exists requires faith in my perceptions, which are capable of being deceived.

Therefore, it is logical to conclude that regardless of how probable a belief system may be, I truly do not know anything for sure, except that my thoughts exist in some form.
