it helps me keep myself stable ... People with any sort of mental illness  should try their best to keep on a routine ..It increases wellness by  giving you a sense of knowing how your day is going to be and what things you have to do to stay well . and Having a WRAP plan  really helps cause you can keep track of your symptoms ,  have a list of triggers ,  crisis planning , things you need to do to stay well ..  its very useful
