Did you learn to submit over time, was it triggered instantaneously by a turning-point event, or has it always been your way of being?

A little of both. I was always the submissive one in relationships but being part of a dd relationship I really have to make an effort and am always trying to improve.

Being submissive is a part of me like being stubborn and kind-hearted are also a part of me. It wasn't really a matter of having it triggered so much realizing I am a slave, accepting and embracing that so I could finally be happy and fulfilled. I've always been something of a follower but it's only been in the last 2 years or so that I am a slave.

Even with a natural leaning towards being a submissive it takes time and practice to grow and become who we want to be as submissive's. There is a learning curve we all must work our way through.

How did it play out for you, personally, when you first began exploring this side of yourself?

Very, very true. I'm still very much at the beginning of my journey but I'm making progress and that's what I have to remember. It's not a race....although I want to know it all right now and do it all perfectly right now! lol
