'm a middle school teacher. When I say that most people cringe. They say they hate the power struggles, the sass, the negative attitudes and the erratic behavior. I love it!
Best thing to have as a secondary school teacher is a sense of humor, a positive attitude and an ability to empathize and care about the kids without taking anything they say personally.
