Family Togetherness

In 2006, my twin sister became a teacher at our old high school. She said it was great, and she loved it. I didn't know what I wanted to do yet, so I was working at the mall and going to school. By the end of the school year, I decided that I wanted to be a teacher too. The school where my sister worked, was offering a job. I started taking the right classes and preparing for it. In summer 2006, the school offered me the job as long as I continued to take classes. They pay wasn't great at first, but I knew it would be fun. For a whole year, I was the gym teacher. I didn't really like it at first because I'm a total girl, but I made it my own and had a great time. In summer 2007, they offered me a job as an English teacher. I had to switch a few classes, but I quickly learned that I loved teaching English way more than gym. This will be my seventh year teaching, and I'm so happy. I love each and everyone of my students. Plus, my mom and husband teach there too. It's a great job and I love it.
