I, like many of you, had my first child while I was still in high school. I was 16 when I got knocked up and 17 when my little man was born. He is two now! He is extremely intelligent, and the most handsome child I know. I love him with my whole heart. My husband, his father, recently moved us to a very nice neighborhood. The weekend of our move I became extremely ill. I literally was running between the bathroom and my bed. When I finally got settled in, and my illness subsided I realized I was still nauseated! I took two pregnancy tests and sure enough they were positive. I know most girls wouldn't be excited about a second child by the time their 20, but this is a very emotional and exciting thing for me. Over the summer I became pregnant and was unaware, and I screwed it up. Knowledge is the key to a healthy pregnancy. I lost my baby at about eight weeks. I am determined not to let that happen again. I have not been to a doctor yet, but I am very excited. I have been feeling movements for about a month. I should only be thirteen weeks based on my last "period", but the evidence is so far saying otherwise. I can't wait to find out for sure.
