Depression And Mood Swings

Recantly I've been very up set and I have no idea way, it's generally when I'm Jessica and not James. I'll just be watching tv or something and all of a sudden feel like I just want to cry my eyes out, I don't know what it is or why this is happening. Meby it's cose I still can't start my journey into girlhood, or just something els I really don't know.

I think we all have felt like that at one time or a hundred.
Could be just the anxiety of telling your parents of your intentions.

I think we all have our ups and downs in life, I know I have mine and I'm a LOT older than you. Humans are just made that way. I know women are more apt to have mood swings than men. You, as a transgendered person have a female brain and as such are more susceptible to swings. It's more than likely a temporary thing.

maybe its possible that its because you can't start your journey into girlhood or maybe its something upsetting you that you haven't realised for a long time like has anything happened in the past that would make you feel upset while as jessica?

  it might just be also that you're more emotional as jessica so things that you dont notice as james upset you when you're her and i hope this helps x :)

  yeah i know it's not easy to understand why sometimes it just happens. i've tried for years to understand why i crossdress i still haven't worked it out lol . i hope you start to fell happier soon though :) x
