    There's an extra thrill from the risk of being discovered wearing panties that adds to the excitement. None of it is illegal, but the potential embarrassment is a major part of it. It makes the heart beat so quickly you almost faint.
    I also find that men are extra attentive when I'm in panties, even though they don't see my panties. Perhaps my body exudes pheromones like a ***** in heat. :)
