That is basically my life in 4 words. I cant turn off my mind, it is always trying to stay 7 steps ahead of the game. It's when night hits and I'm alone with my thoughts that I notice just how much my mind races.

Then take up this challenge.
That is to daily meditate. It is the best gift that you can give you. Why - then over time you can control all the mind ramblings that go on and on.
Why - so that true creativity can then flow though to you. If your mind is so busy, then new stuff has hard time getting heard.
Then in time - you can be so light as if you can fly, this sure beats mindless jibber jabber any day.
Even your body/mind stress will decrease.
By the way - all thinking has been thought before - it all just gets recycled.
Quote for you:
I know that I am intelligent, because I know that I know nothing.
Socrates (469 - 399 BC)

That was amazing! What i loved most was how you used the hyphen to show your line of reasoning. I have heard the Socrates quote before but I was much more fascinated with what you had to say. I do, in fact, like to meditate, but not as often as I would like to. I love how you mentioned the rambling that go on in our minds. Sometimes great ideas stem from listening to the thoughts rather than keeping them at bay, answering the questions that our inner self asks just helps to keep the idea in motion...if that sounds crazy then I guess I'm ****** ;)
