Help! Gifts

So my fiance is stationed in Germany right now and has been for a few years. We've known each other for about five. I'm sending him a Valentines Day present and want to send along some other things but have no idea 1. WHAT to send? and 2. What CAN I send? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've never done this kind of thing before.

    Last year I sent a "Coupon Book" cheesy but he loved it. I made fortune cookies out of paper and put my own fortunes in them for him. I made a "ABC memory book" memories of our times together starting from every letter of the alphabet. I bought him a shirt and sprayed it with my perfume. He loved it!
