I Am a United States Air Force Girlfriend
okay ladies, i am finally sitting down to tell you about my trip!
so i left wednesday afternoon, and finally arrived in san antonio after a LOOONNG day. lol, i met my boyfriends mom there, and we finally got to our hotel!
thursday morning, we were up early and got to base and went to the orientation meeting. then the best part--the airmans run! ah they all ran by and i got to see my baby twice! he looked so good! he was running(so wierd!). they couldnt look at the people lined, up, but i know he heard me because he made his little smirk face that he always does! he could probably hear me yelling too! ahah, crazy girlfriends:] well after that, the coin ceremony was supposed to be outside, but it was poring rain in 85 degree weather (woo) so they moved it to the squadron buildings! it was so much easier to spot the boys though because it was only 2 flights together! then after the ceremony when we finally got to go up and give him a hug i was crying my eyes out! aha, but of course my boyfriend was like "i knew you would be crying!" haha, he knows me so well! well then we all went to the bbq place on base for some food! it was so nice to be there with his whole family (dads side and his mom). after lunch it was definitely really funny when his dad tried to get us to go bowling, but we ended up sneaking back to mine and his moms hotel room (on base!) for a little snuggle time! haha we were so funny!
okay friday- graduation was amazing! they looked so good doing their drills and marching! i was so proud of my baby! after all that, we spent the day with his dads family. we went to the riverwalk and had lunch and went to the alamo! it was great:] he missed playing video games so his dad took everyone to dave and busters! haha.
saturday-was so fun we went out with his mom, after another snuggle time session in the hotel:] we had more mexican food haha and went to the riverwalk again:] but it was really nice that his curfew was extended so we could go to a basketball game! i love spending time with him!
well, sunday was hard, but we just hung out around base, and did some shopping. we had to go to the main bx and get him new luggage for DC and we just hung out. saying goodbye was almost as hard as the first time, but it was so much easier to know he has his phone now. i love being able to text him! and when i hear his voice, i just melt!
well, that was the best trip ever:] we got to talk about when he can come to california (november, hopefully!) and about our wedding(!) and moving plans! he told his mom about our wedding plans, but she has already tried talking me out of it! haa- i think this text from him sums it up "im gonna ask permission and all that just to be nice, but we are getting married either way baby" and that is how im gonna leave this:]
thanks for reading this honker of a story!
let me know if you have questions!
