I Found A Boy In Camouflage.

Like they say "If you think being a soldier is tough, try being in love with one."

I could not be more in love with my funny, charming, cute, lovable, caring boyfriend. Although diistance plays a huge challenge, this is one I can definately face. I did have to face the fact that he was not on my time and communicating has always been kept to a minimum. We talk/message almost on a daily basis. A simple "good morning" is all I need to know he keeps me in his mind. I even made sure his ringtone and LED light color seperated from the rest on my Blackberry so I can know when it was him messaging me.

Just a few weeks back I took a trip to Ft. Sill for the weekend to visit him. His time with me was limited but even the few hours with him was all I needed to make me happy.

My boyfriend gets relocated to Alaska this coming month. His stay there will be a few years and a bigger challenge is definately coming up. He has always wanted to settle and get married and he finds this the perfect time to do so. I love him so much and nothing would make me happier than to be his wife.

He has a 3-year-old daughter whom I have not had the pleasure to meet because she lives in Florida. I live in Chicago.
I don't know how to deal with this situation. I don't want to be away from my boyfriend for another couple of years and deal with worries and sleepless nights. I am in love with him.

I also do not know how to drop everything I have here and follow him to Alaska where I would start fresh but be by his side.

What is a girl to do?
