Help Please!

Hey there girlies!

so are any of ur bf's taking classes while overseas?  well mine is... Criminal justice classes actually.

Anyway im helpin him find information for a paper he is writing about restraining & protective orders..

& i was wondering if i might get a little help from yall :)

I need to find an answer to this "How often is a restraining/protective order honored by the recipient?"

I have had no such luck but maybe yall will?

I am on a time limit so if yall would help me id really appreciate it.

He'd do the research himself but his computer messed up a few days ago & will only get it back in time to barely type up his paper. So being the oh so helpful army girlfriend that i am, im doin this for him :)

Thanks a bunch girls!!

thank you so much for your help! i will pass this info on to him :)

Heres some stuff I found for you:<br />
<br />
"A restraining order is a helpful tool to reduce the risk of violence, harassment, and other harm. However, a restraining order cannot provide absolution protection so it is important for potential victims of violence to take every precaution possible. Statistics show that restraining orders are frequently violated. Nearly twenty percent of all domestic homicides occur during a time where the victim had a restraining order out against her killer. And this statistic reflects only the most extreme example of a restraining order violation. "<br />
