Life Is a Treasure

I became a veggie when I was 12. Now I'm 25. It's been great.

I quit because I realized that I have no right to kill. Eating meat is an indirect killing, whether you like it or not.

I would eat flesh ONLY if I had absolutely nothing else for survival. Otherwise, it's just gluttony and plain spiritual immaturity to keep killing when there's TONS of food on the shelves.

But in the end, it's everyone's personal business what they do.

Very true. I always tell people I'm a vegetarian and they just laugh, they don't understand that it's really killing an animal, regardless if they knew the cow or saw it murdered. It's also better for the environment to be a vegetarian. One person can make a difference!
