I Am Alive, But Need To Learn How To Breathe Easy Again!!

I am a survivor, a victim. My life, for some reason was spared. Two years later, I still live in fear...still suffer from PTSD...and still pretend I can overcome this with my own inner strength. I am here to find others like me. Although I pray, counsel, and have a good circle of family and friend, some part of me is not healed as I still struggle:( Am hoping to find some means of comfort here in your community

    I PRAY FOR BOTH PEOPLE WHO HAVE POSTED ON HERE. DONT EVER FEEL LIKE YOUR LESS THAN. KNOW THAT GOD HAS PLANS FOR EACH OF YOU AND HE WANTS YOU TO COME TO HIM WITH ANYTHING THAT YOUR DEALING WITH. TRUST IN HIM AND ASK HIM FOR A WAY OUT. ACCEPT CHRIST INTO YOUR HEART AND ASK HIM TO FORGIOVE YOU FOR ANY SINS. ASK FOR FORGIVENESS OF ANYTHING THATS HOLDING YOU BACK FROM BEING HAPPY. TRUST IN THE LORD AND ASK HIM TO PROTECT YOU AND TO SEND YOU A COMFORTER. ASK JESUS TO GIVE YOU THE STRENGTH TO CONTINUE DAY BY DAY. HE WILL COME WHEN YOU NEED HIM MOST AND RIGHT NOW HE IS WAITING. THE LORD LOVE YOU BOTH AND WILL ANSWER YOUR PRAYERS. GET ON YOUR NEEDS AND GIVE HIM ALL YOUR PROBLEMS AND HE WILL HEAL YOUR BROKEN HEART. READ ROMANS 10:9

    Well I am too a sufferer I think it may be the mental anguish we faced everyday I am sorry the pain is so real and its too bad that we can't just be strong enough. Have you contacted a hotline I know they referred me to a group to help with this
