hat do we have to do...??
-convince more companies to come to college to recruit our students.
-manage the placement office mails
-negotiate for a proper date for interviews so that it doesn't clash with tests etc..
-make list of all eligible candidates as per the requirements of any company
-manage the entire event of placement!! ( including arranging food for the HR and Technical representative of a company)
- organize and conduct events to improve students chances in getting placed .. like mock interviews.. mock apptitude tests!!
-and the most difficult part--- maintaining coordination amongst us-- 14 students.. 2 students each from different branches of engineering.
difficult but I so love it!!!!!!!!!!
