I Hate frames. Anyone Who Uses frames Should Not Design Anything.

Worked for a bunch of the big boys back in the late 90's.

Got tired of having a hobby become slavery.

The money was great back then, the people were fun, the hours were 'eh', what to be expected by anyone at that time.

And certainly learned a lot about managing design teams.

yeah, if<x>rames is ok, i hate the "real" fr<x>ames though i think it kills the look of your webpage.

I would LOVE to do the I Dream of Jeanie bl<x>ink and have web design knowledge. I think it'd be really hard though, I think I have A.D.D. Like, how do you keeo track of all of the files? I can't even find emails I've saved! The site I do is my own, and it's just click and drag mostly, I pay web.com $10 per month. Do you have your own (hobby) site?

My experiences in web design are similar to yours. The dotcom bubble was fun before it burst. We worked hard and partied hard. I never want to work that hard again - but then I never have that much fun any more. Maybe there's a connection between the two.

Uh, pardon my ignorance, but are you talking about, like, the boxes to the right on this page that have the 'buttons' in them? Why do you hate them? Of course, you could reply, if I have to ask what they are, why do I care????
