M-sifting To Therougewolf


M-shifting is when your mind takes the place of a wolf, and your senses are of those of a wolf too.

 Relax,release all of your thoughts, focus on your inner wolf, imagine whatyou would be doing as a wolf. picture you as the wolf, not somebodylooking at your wolf, you in the wolf's body. picture your selfhunting, or caring for young, anything you know a wolf will do. focuson that, you should notice your senses become stronger, your tonguecaves meat, while you do this close your eyes, relax, focus, do not letanything disturb you. if anything does, you will have to start over.focus on nothing but your wolf, your mind might go blank, but do notfight it, otherwise you have just ended thM-shifting is when your mind takes the place of a wolf, and your senses are of those of a wolf too.

M-Shifting is much easier than P-Shifting.  M-Shift also takes less time.

 

 

 

1.  Go into a nice, quiet place where you are most comfortable.  You might want to lock your doors if your in the house somewhere.  Then you clear your mind of EVERYTHING.  Make sure not to be distracted, at all.

 

 

 

2. Picture yourself doing whay werewolves do.  When you pic yourself, make sure to do it like your looking from the Wolf's point of view and not you looking at the wolf.  After doing that non-stop,  you will most likly feel pain, severe pain in your limbs and musles.  This is normal for people with out a direct blood line of a wolf.  So while your picturing yourself attacking prey or doing whatever, feel free to run around on hands and FEET, not knees.  This gets you used to running like a wolf.
