I Am a Wolf
I began to research on werewolves more, started finding out that most weren't evil. And if they acted that way, it was because they couldn't control the wolf inside. Some are bad, don't get me wrong, but we are a proud group. Admittedly, I took several werewolf quizzes online, and most of them sucked. Why? Because rude people made those quizzes, and half of them suggest we're all bloodthirsty human eaters. When you suggest that in a werewolf quiz, people will believe that! I almost believed it at times because I was younger and I knew less. I also had no others to speak with because I could not join a pack yet. And there aren't ANY packs near where I live that I know of. And what about other were creatures? They aren't given a bad name. Anyways, on another average little day at school... The school day had nearly been over. I was waiting to jump into bed and do nothing because it was a Friday. (From in 7th grade) 5 minutes before we were dismissed, I became extremely hot, and my smell and eyesight became as sharp as the tip of the crescent moon. I dragged myself over to my teacher's desk to call my dad to get him to pick me up. Apparently, he was already planning to pick up my sister, but I had to walk a quarter of the way in my condition. It felt so weird, it was like I felt alive, but sweaty crud at the same time. My enhanced senses would not cease. I got my stuff, and weakly walked out. On the way, I had seen my best friend at his locker. I had no time to talk to him because I was so exhausted. He let me go so I could rest at my house for a little. I stepped out of the building, still feeling hot ON TOP of the blazing sun! I walked down the sidewalk as I looked to the sky. There weren't many clouds. I was able to see the full moon. Other than the exhaustion and heat, I started to feel lightheaded. My dad drove up the corner, laughing because I was so wasted. Immediately when I flopped into the car, they stopped talking to me, like they knew something was off. I went to my room, and fell into bed with my fan on full blast. I was asleep for nearly two hours. During those hours, I had a wolf dream that I couldn't very well remember much. After waking up, I felt like I could take on the world. After this experience, I was able to alter my eyesight at will, almost like flipping a light switch. Blanca, my wolf, began to awaken.
