And Am Very Good At It

The first time I ever cooked something was when I was 13 or 14 years old. I used a noodle soup from a pack, but added some veggies to the water and boiled it till cooked.
My dad was so excited when he found out that the very next day he gave me a cookbook for a present. And I started baking. Cakes, pound cakes, muffins, cookies. It was a lot of fun and I loved it so much!
After a while I began cooking more serious dishes. One of my specialties was lasagna with home-made noodles. Though I must say it took me quite some time to make myself touch raw meat. But I still can't deal with whole chicken or whole fish, so I buy fillet or already dissected chicken :))
Now I can cook basically whatever I want. Sometimes I even copy dishes I like from restaurants :)
Unfortunately I don't have much time for cooking and can't spend 4-5 hours on a home-made lasagna... But there are times that I cook very late at night, because I just feel like it. For example, couple of days ago I came home late from work, and realized that I want tandoori chicken, and want it pretty bad. So guess what - in an 1.5 hours it was done, even tough it was around 2AM :))
