    I eat a mix of whole grains, beans/legumes, nuts and seeds, and occasionally eggs, a little bit of dairy, and some soy products (the latter of which I'm allergic to).

    Spinach is rich in iron. For Omega-3s, the healthier nuts and seeds – walnuts and flax, hemp and pumpkin seeds – are great sources.
