strangely enough, kind of yes, although not as you explain nor how mainstream labels.
I have noticed at some points, one may call it a kind of deep "day dreaming" where I look at myself and think am I here now? I don't see it as "out of body" maybe more of an "out of perception" experience. My day dreaming has gone to a place where the original thought is gone and I am looking at myself say, sitting, waiting for the stop light to change, or looking out a window finishing my cup of coffee. It only lasts for a few seconds, but I'm definitely not experiencing anything in the now, its as if time is suspended.
I hear music very faintly, like a radio station playing music, kind of static and muted.
I feel something has guided me throughout my life, although I don't explore it. I don't feel it as a "being" but things have happened in the course of my choices that I say "I could never have thought or imagined this" and yet it has occurred regardless of my knowledge or choices. Fortunately mostly for the positive. Someday I will explore this inner source when I have less distractions and have built a quiet place to make this journey from.

Yes..Exactly...I know exactly what you mean, my personal experiences can be, and have been at times, identical.
"Out of perception exp." -too, a perfect way to discribe a shift in consciousness, where one slips' above' the psychological illusion of time and physical identification; (so-to- speak)
As for the Sound, there are excersizes or contemplative methods that can be used to explore their meaning and purpose.

I have had many experiences, been attacked by an incubus, touched by a spirit and smelled flowers as well as heard my name called when no one was around,seen a persons spirit hoover over thier body as they were passing, been on a different plane of existance where I heard a loud painful sound in my ears like a leaf blower, have levitated out of my body in sleep, only to turn around in mid air and see myself sleeping. I see auras. My body often vibrates when very sleepy and still or when meditating. There are more!

Right....Looks as though you're slipping into quite a few planes of experience.. (It's late here so I'll come back to this more tomorrow)

As for the 'scent of flowers', I understand that to be a good indication you are under the guidance, (or have the opportunity to be) and protection of a pure spiritual master, so too , being called by name.
You may wish to try using the word "HU" ( hyooooooo ) During contemplation the word Hu has long been known as " The Sacred Name" (and many others) that is, the use of it opens the way for for the clear Light and Sound of the Soul plane, instead of the lower Astral and unconscious planes below the soul plane.
