I Am About To Drop Some Knowledge On You
I know this won't be recieved well, and that's fine, we can hide from it if we want and dislike it, but it's the truth: Americans are losers.
We are low lives, and we are simpletons. That's just the sad truth of it.
I think it's funny how in my country we value the importance of "having a life" when most of us really have no lives. People see having money, lots of friends, and all the latest stuff as an indication that they exist and have a life, but in reality they don't. They have no inner lives. They know nothing about themselves and their world and have no real deep intelligence. It's why so many people are empty and unhappy and prefer to stay on the surface of things because they're scared to be deeper.
If you think having a bunch of people texting you or ringing up your phone all day means you're important and signifies your life and existence, then you are among many American losers. You have no life.
If you think being on Facebook, having all the latest fine things, and doing everything on your smartphone or iPad just because everyone else does it solidifies your place in the modern world, then you are another American loser. You have no life.
If you think going to college and getting a career you won't be happy with down the road anyway and being a Yes Man or Yes Woman makes you more important than everyone else because you make lots of money, then you are probably one of the worst American losers. You have no life.
If you think sleeping with lots of people or having boyfriends/girlfriends one right after the other makes you cool, experienced, desired, or on top, then you are definitely one of the worst American losers. You sure as hell don't have no life.
Most people take all this as meaning something, something they can boast to people or show off. Guess again. It makes them the biggest morons and imbeciles to ever grace the planet.
You have no life when you don't use your mind or your spirit. You have no life when you give away all your time and energy to friends and sex partners and electronics. And you have no life when you think these things make you important. You have no life when Facebook comes before almost everything else. You have no life when you don't take time to think and learn about who you are and the world around you. You have no life when having money is a top priority. And you have no life when you don't use it to help the world for better or be an important instrument for change in the world.
Sadly, this is most Americans.
Time to take a step back and have a look at yourself.
Get busy really living, or keep on dying.
