Enough Already

My kids are right. They have been nagging me about smoking for years. And for some unknown reason 5 days ago After 43 years of smoking-- i just said enough!!! And I quit. Have had a few pieces of nicorette when the urge was horrible. But I feel liberated and pissed that it took me this long to quit. Yes. I miss my morning cigarette, but figured I rather miss that than missing the oppurtunity to one day see my boys marry and have grandchildren. Its hard, and I truly understand why you are afraid. But know that temporary fixes, gum, patches,and e cigs can take the edge off. Wish me luck. I am determined to beat this!!!!!

    Thanks ah chew. Still smoke free - been over a month! Would love to let other smokers know that the thought of quitting is way worse than the act of quitting.

    Congrats and wish u all the strenght to be successful in the same..

    If people like u with strong self belief are arnd the globe, then the Smoking is easy to quit.

    Frankly I hate smokers but not the people in it..
