I Am Addicted to Soda
I have been off all soda for about a month. With, exercise and cutting out candy and fried food, i have lost 15 pounds.
I do not drink, smoke, do any kind of drugs, or have any other addiction issues, so it was easy for me to say "I don't ___________ so drinking soda is ok.
There is no middle ground with me. 1 soda will easily lead to 10 sodas. I have to go all or nothing. There first week is always the hardest. I am doing ok now - just getting by one day at a time.
