I had a really good job last year but had to leave cos my female boss sexually harassed me.. It took ages but I sued my company and got a fantastic payout which I'm currently living on. I also signed a compromise agreement and left. I know. Need to try to find another job soon but at least I'm not poor .....,,YET!!!!

    Sexual harassment of males by female bosses is something that's just beginning to come to light, and I'm sure a lot of people don't believe it exists or, if it exists, why a male would complain about being forced to have sex because, after all, isn't that every man's fantasy. How about some details of what happened. You don't have to give names, but the circumstances might help other men who are confused and have no clue what to do next because they're in the same situation.

    Way to go for suing the company!...i'm dealing with that where i work as well...what does a compromise agreement mean?

      Compromise Agreement was up and above my compensation. It means i can't go public about them.
