Gah Why Is It So Hard?

I hate looking people in the eyes and when they look in my eyes. I don't know what they are thinking, and I don't want them to fall in love with me or something I guess. But i'm getting over it after learning a book called How to talk to anyone: 92 ways for big success in relationships...Anyhow I'm forcing myself more to look into peoples eyes when I talk to them or when they talk to me.

I feel same like you, I hate it. But one time, I felt so strong, and I talked to many persons without fear..!! I don't know why..

you know i had the same fear to face people especially when they look in eyes..
and now people feeel uncomfortable because now i am just looking in their eyes to know the deep inside of them.. am sure now they fear if i could read their inside from their eyes :D .. so achievement..
look in eyes.. just to stay confident and give feeling that you are listening
