I hate blushing but it's unfortunately out of my control. I want to appear cool and collected but my blushing betrays me. It's very annoying and I also hate people noticing when I blush.

    I wonder what would happen if I convinced myself I liked blushing? My whole face looks and feels inflamed when I'm upset.

    I flush and sweat when I'm confronted, or when I'm speaking publicly. It's horrible. People can be very unkind about it.

    i notice some of u hate blushing, change the words i like blushing and see how that works.
