i know its very difficult to ignore the fact that you are blushing because I also have the same problem as you. in as much as i tried stopping it, it only became worse. But after I started being vocal about my blushing, it eased up a little bit. everytime I blush, i would point it out myself and make a joke out of it. after that, people didnt seem to care that i was blushing like a tomato anymore. and luckily, i didnt seem to blush as much as i used to. dont let it defeat you. just let go and accept that we blush. we are only human. hope this helps. =)

You should talk to each of your co-workers separately and tell them that your blushing bothers you and that it makes it worse for you when people point it out or joke about it. If you approach each one separately and are serious and sincere, they should respect you. You might say something like, "It really bothers me when I blush - it makes me feel even more self-conscious than I already am - and it makes it that much more difficult for me when people point it out and joke about it." My blushing started in the seventh grade. One of my teachers had a habit of walking around the class and stopping in various places in the classroom as she spoke. Whenever she stopped near me, I would blush. I got to the point that I would blush even when she wasn't near me, just from worrying that I would and everyone noticing.
