i'm like this too. being anemic definitely doesnt help. maybe you need to look into that! i know taking iron pills helps me to stay awake for longer amounts of time.

Ya, I was also going to mention that you may want to see if you are suffering from iron-deficiency, which has the symptoms that you described. You may refer this problem to some physician probably who will order your blood test, and see if you are lacking somewhere..
That's what I did. Read my blog post "My disorderness has increased yet again"

hi friend! i know what you mean about constantly being tired. i feel like an old lady most of the time. i'm lucky if i can stay awake past 9:00pm. i did finally mention it to my doctor and had some routine blood work done, which i don't know if i'm happy that everything was "normal" or not. kinda wanted a reason you know... i think it's just the anxiety i suffer from. A blood test is always a good idea!!

it could be a thyroid condtion too or you could be diabetic.Talk to your doc and ask him to run some tests, if you are poor like me, than go to your local community hosp and tell them that you want to get rated depending on how much money you make,You could get free or discounted bills depending on your situation.

i used to feel more that way. Years ago I was dx with chornic fatigue syndrome after mris, heart scans and so many other rest were done included psych test. Years later I discoverd i have an abnormal heart beat. it would come and go and no eeg caught it until demande they leave the darn thing on longer. then they heard it. when I am on my meds, when I can afford them I am fine. I think so many women in the are on overdrive and get little help. we are in constant state of exhaustion. i have had to learn to let my home be messier and not sweat the little things and gave up the need to be the perfect mom and have the prefect house. my health was more important. i hope you get better.... get some sleep, if you can!
