Every Day I Try to

Each day I try to improve myself, or my life in some way. It seems like I'm never satisfied where I am.

There's always something I've neglected, something that needs to be done, changes to be made.

I wish I could be more productive, achieve more, and be easier to reach my goals.

I know exactly what you mean. All people are are flawed and will never be 100% perfect but that does not mean that we should not stop trying. These days even a person with 99% perfection can be a real ignoramus at times which has detrimental effects. (I should not even say 99% since there is no standard to measure against) The point is ...thinking that you're perfect and always right is never good. You should always be subject to change but for the better. (even if it is just by a small, infintesimal amount)

I feel like you do, and I always find ways to improve myself...Since I am reaching mid-life and facing the empty nest syndrome. I have taken my life to the next level. I have decided to live the next half of my life on the positive from this day on. I refuse to continue the next 40 years the same as I was last year. It's up to us if we are to change and one thing I have learned just this week, if you try to change for everyone you know, you will have changed thousand of ways, to ease that impossiblity, CHANGE FOR YOURSELF and you will save yourself some time!! I stand with you.

Me too. Isn't it so hard though? But knowing there are so many people out there struggling with the same thing gives me the strength and encouragement to carry on. :)
