It Comes and Goes...

I don't know. Maybe it's lack of sleep, or nutrition or maybe just how I was born, but I've always felt a little lethargic. It's not always really bad, in fact I do have some pretty energetic days. It's just that no matter how awake I feel, or how much energy I seem to have, there is always this slight feeling behind my eyes that if I lay my head on a pillow for just a few seconds, I'm out like a light. I sometimes find it hard to get any motivation to do tasks in my life and would rather just sit on the couch. I've started running again and it seem s to help a little, but I'm sure there are other options out there as opposed to being a lump the rest of my life.

i can completely relate to how you feel. i get plenty of sleep but it doesn't seem to be enough. i always have that sense of fatigue. exercise, vitamins, tonics, etc, nothing seems to take away that feeling of being tired. i know working nights and taking certain medications doesn't help but this is ridiculous.
