Two Thinkers, One Universe

Two thoughts conceived by two great minds. I simply admire, contemplate, and borrow those thoughts here:

    I like both of these....Some folks deal with only the top layer of life, theirs, others and everything else in general....To try to really understand and make it all "comprehensible" is to dig deeper and do some real work....Sometimes it's hard but it's always worth it!! :)

      Yes, the top layer. A shame to taste only the crust of the food, or see only the outer shell of a person. Very nice thoughts, and I can tell that you dig deeper.

      Aww thanks WO....Yup I do cause I've always found that the BEST part of any person is in those deeper layers. It might be a little messy getting down there but what you find is usually like pure gold. The shallow, materialistic side that uses small talk and pop culture ideas and phrases is always just the outer wrapping and like wrapping paper it doesn't tell us much about who the person and what their gifts are underneath..... :)

    Every person seems to have their own variation on it. But if you take the time to listen and learn the world can be full of wonder.
