Corrupt Priest Taking Advantage of Native People In Ecuador

I'm a Full Blood Quechua Indian who lives in Ecuador.  There is a corrupt priest who's name is VICTOR VASQUEZ in the "Parroco del Cantón Suscal" ( The Church in this provence).  In Suscal, Ecuador.  Provencia del Cañar.  (Cañar Provence. )  My problem (Our problem) is not with the Catholic Church, but with this man and his agents of terror.

This man is using extortion to obtain money from our indigenous peoples.  He is charging 20 dollars extra for Baptisams.  And after he charges  then his corrupt Nephew and friends charge money for the same ceramony.  They even charge 5 dollars to ring the bell for the dead!  And they keep the money they make from all their ceramonies they perform.  They charge 30 dollars for marriage when it should be no more then 5 dollars.  I am asking for support from my Native American brothers and sisters in the United States and Canada and world wide to support us.  I am a member of "CONAIE which is an Indegnous movement in Ecuador.  But CONAIE, they do not want to get involved at this  point.  The Native people here do not want to speak out in my community because they fear him and the police that support him.  He has used violence before in the past. The priest and his friends have also took posesion of Indignous aftifacts in my town.  They also have plundered our heritage and have sold our artifacts to tourist and kept the money for themselves.  This priest has thousands of dollars worth of our artifacts.  These artifacts should be in the hands of the proper state authorties.  Him and his terrorist took control of our Native people's land that we used for sports play.  Him and his people just came in and took possesion.

Again, Victor Vasquez from Suscal Ecuador has abused our Native Quechua people for to long!
