ladyhawk,I am American Indian

I am 3/4 oneida and 1/4 ojibwe, am very proud of that fact, growing up though was tough, if you are a bit different from others, you are a target, for thier pleasure of meanness, anyone who has been predjudist against understands where I am comming from, the only thing is most times in thier stupidity, I was mistaken for oriental, instead of american indian, I would laugh at them, which in turn made them madder, which was my way of returning the meanness factor, but through it all I have revelled in the fact, that I am a true amreican, and part of the mother land, where our heritage runs strong even in this day and time, when nothing is ever sure. so who ever has any smidgen of american Indian blood in them, keep your head held high,be secure in the fact, you have something to be very proud of, my Indian name is ladyhawk,

Greetings Lady hawk and others.
Thank you and i connect to you this day on the wings of Great Spirit from my own natives lands at the other end of our Earth Mother, Aotearoa New Zealand. We share many of the same understandings about our walk on Earth and being one with all things on it. Walk tall, be still, and know that we ARE. We always WERE and we will always BE
One love, one heart

Thank you Ladyhawk...I am proud Native American Indian to I was told by an Elder chief who is also a shaman you either are an Indian or you aren't as long as you have one drop of Indian blood in your veins and you have the spirit of the Indian ways you will always be Indian and no one can take that from you not even those who sit on the high council satisfying the white man. Funny my great grandmother said the same thing when I was a young girl.
