My Life In A Nut Shell...

My addictions happened really early in life. I started smoking when I was 13 and started drinking when I was 15. Just after my 16 Birthday i started using coke. By the time I was 18 I was using the really hard stuff, 50% cut Coke, plus a little Crack every now and then.

Now im off thecoke and Crack, my dad was a truck driver. He took me with him after he picked me up from the hospitle after an overdose and got me clean. To this day I havent touched any hardcore drugs. Which is good because i was killing myself.

So now all I do is drink....And drink and drink.

But i guess its better that the really bad stuff.

I dont really know why im talking about this, just thought I would share it.

Please... get yourself to an AA meeting... Alcohol will kill you just as surely as crack... it just takes a little longer, that's all.

I will be thinking of you. You are not alone.
Although I believe there are many joys in life, there are certainly many struggles as well. Obviously, you are experiencing them at your young age.
When life becomes painful, many of us turn to some diversion to get through the tough times. Some diversions are not quite as detrimental to our minds and bodies as others. Like EP. Sometimes I think many of us on here on EP are addicted, but it's not such a bad addiction. We find friends who care and who encourage us.
I wrote a story called "I have an alcoholic friend." If you click on my profile, you can find it.
My best to you.
