Basic Tranning And Ait Questions!!

My boyfriend left for Basic on Monday. I had a few questions about contact! Will he ever be able to call me? and if so how often? Also does anyone know about a facebook page that is specifically for different squads?? Thanks!! All answers and info are apperciated!

    hi, sometimes they are able to contact you and sometimes they wont. when my partner goes away he lets me know how long he will be away for. in that time i might get some surprise phone calls (some times i don't think hes meant too) or i wont hear anything as they have to hand their phones in.

    apparently if it if an emergency you can get in touch with the army and they can then get in touch with your partner, however Ive never had too (touch wood)

    the best thing to do is not try and contact them and get on with your life, no point moping about it. this is the life of a army partner.

    and sorry I'm not aware of specific face book pages. i know they have to be careful what they put on face book, like dates of tours and training, also pictures in their uniform are owned by the army.
