Jewelry

I am an artist who has been designing my own line of jewelry since before I was laid off from my job in the early 90's . . . I have met with some success despite the fairly recent intense competition . . . it certainly was not like this when I first started . . . back then it was difficult just to find the beads let alone supplies and tools to make it with . . . but I think that only helped me deepen my imagination to come up with many diverse designs and ideas . . . and with the ability to work with what you have . . . what got me started in it in the first place was a need to have the accessories and jewelry I wore actually match my professional clothing for work . . . I was a field auditor in the fashion retail field at the time and I felt it mattered to my career choice . . . to not just talk the talk but walk the walk so to speak . . . so I quickly started making jewelry specific to my wardrobe . . . people raved about it . . . loved my stuff . . . and soon I was getting orders from every different direction . . . and then I got laid off . . . it was a blessing in disguise because soon I was able to turn my hobby into an actual career . . . I have been featured in three stores . . . I frequent craft shows and fairs . . . I have a fairly loyal following who are kind and generous in their word of mouth to others . . . and had a small mention in the local newspaper . . . you'll find some of my designs under my photo's section of my profile . . . these are pieces that haven't sold and I had on hand to show you here.
