What we know now, is that in the earliest years of life's existence, the earth was a terrifying place. There was no oxygen in the atmosphere, no ozone layer. Anaerobic organisms thrived in an environment otherwise uninhabitable by our species.

This of course changed, through millions of years of great pain and suffering, most of the current organisms facing extinction. The cycle has repeated itself so many times that, even without knowledge of every organism that ever lived, we can determine that 99% of all species are now extinct.

Yet, never in any of this, was there substantial proof that there was an all powerful mastermind behind all this. It seems rather, that we are stuck with the growing amount of evidence that we are, and have always been, very much alone.

Okay several people need to stop replying to this experience. If you have a problem with cyber bullying just report them or go to the support center. Please stop acting like you're being persecuted by us. I live in a country where almost 85% of the population is Christian, and atheists are the most hated group. I really don't want to hear it.

It seems like you all have no lives because you are constantly online. Go enjoy your life without the Internet. Constantly being online you are missing out on life. I pray for you all. God bless you. Enjoy the day. Talk to you later.

I would like to consider the possibility that our single celled ancestor was a nuisance to an alien race, so they stuck us on a rock and sent it elsewhere. Now what kind nuisance? Well, we could have been like the black plague, killing off a great deal of that alien race. It would explain why animals on earth love to kill each other....

Haha, possibly.

It could also be that animals, and many people have a proclivity to violence and killing because they are made in the image of god. As is evident from reading the Bible, god really liked killing and mayhem. So our violence makes us god-like.

I would vouche for that.

Though it's more likely that god loves killing because we love killing. We made god in our image, which is why the god of the bible is very manlike.
