But I Must Be In Bed By 9pm

Somehow my sleep pattern got latched up to a 9pm start. If I don't start sleeping by this time, my next moment only comes two hours later. Then, I make a break around 2:15 am. Perhaps I wake up shortly again at 4am, and then I keep sleeping until 6am.  I'm happy with these short interruptions in my sleep because they don;t make me tired. It is said that sleep comes in 2-hour cycles, and I'm just allowing my natural rhytm  to take over.

Maybe I can allow my natural rhythm to take over when my daughter is a bit older.<br />
