I'm An Emotional Eater and Addicted to Food!

I am definitely an emotional eater! I tend to binge eat when stressed, upset or even just bored. I want to get help for this, as its affecting my health and self-image, but I don't know where to turn!

I am with you, all of the above. Where do you begin though? No one seems to be able to answer that question for me. I want to change but how? All of the dieting in the world does nothing to fix the root of this issue. I need help as well, maybe we can help each other.
