And I'm Ok With It.

Any kind of extreme emotion triggers me wanting one thing - food. And I'm ok with it. I don't binge, I don't gorge myself (often, heh) but it's just how i deal with it. Luckily while I still give into this I can recognize it now and do my best in my "down time" (less emotional days) to do what I can to counter act it. It's a part of who I am and I'm ok with it.
