Road To Control

Finally i'm starting to get a handle on being a empath, the type of things empaths have to deal with is so not cool. After starting to experiment with a technique called grounding and shielding i'm finally able to block out people's emotions so it doesn't effect me everyday :D I so love it. Once I get the full hang of that i'll starting trying to learn how to turn my empathic power on and off at will, and hopefully in the near future i'll finally be able to discover what it means to actually relax with no added baggage, anxiety, and even no more mood swings on a daily basis. Being able to control this will be so awesome I can't wait to finish the training i'm gonna do for it.

So excited for this year :D
