    @ SilentMystic,

We are all born empayhic to the same degree.. that is we have the equipment..Healing is alos not a gift in that the "mechaniizum" is universally in place.

The many emotions you speak of are the stratification of the one. There is but one emothion.. the rest all , all of them. are but the varied absence of the one.

True empathic use comes from the sensitivity one allows.. and this can truely only be doen when you take out the mystery that has been applied over the centuries.. And this is a choice.. as simple as that.. though it seems you tend towards the mystery sdie of things.. that is your choice.

Do as I suggest and look up why and here this happens in your body through no volantary reason of your own.. there is no mystery... only the ones such as you apply.

Lou, this is true to an extent, but being empathic can be something that is combined with many other things, like healing. We are all born empathic to a degree, but the ones of us who call ourselves empaths have such a strong sensitivity that it can be hard or even painful at times to stand in a room full of people or to be around someone who is deeply emotional. There are too many emotions that we feel from others... This is a true sensitive empath. Most people can go into a room full of people with no effect or severe discomfort at times themselves.

Allowing this kind of sensitivity is not something any strong empath would choose to do all of the time.

    aniowgirl,

Being an empath has nothing to do with spiritualizum.... we are all born this way..

Lokk up ... The Limbic System and read how and why this the way we are all born...it is not a gift for any special person.

The only thing needed is to allow the sensitivity.....................

Hi, aniowagirl, it's very nice to meet you. I really enjoyed your story, ty for sharing it with us. It sounds to me, that your also a healer. Have you pursued a profession in that realm? Your handle is really interesting to me. It sounds Native American?
