Do You Want To Be One Too???

To Become a Volunteer

New members who join EP may feel a little overwhelmed or shy about sharing. As an EP Volunteer you will be helping new members get settled in and letting them know what a supportive and positive place EP can be.

Though EP Support is always here to help answer questions, we understand that sometimes members prefer to chat with peers. As an EP Volunteer, some members may choose to message you with questions. If you ever receive a question that you’re not comfortable answering please don’t hesitate to refer the member to EP Support.

Responsibilities:
We ask EP Volunteers to lead by example and to always be conscious of EP Community Guidelines.

EP Volunteers are sent regular PMs with suggested tasks. You can expect to receive a PM approximately 1-2 times a week. Tasks range from welcoming new members, to commenting on new stories, as well as helping to flag inappropriate posts for review by admin.

If you ever change your mind and no longer want to volunteer, you can always opt-out by going to your Account Settings, go into User Account, and check the EP Volunteer opt-out box.
