I had a random guy contact me online and he asked me if I was an indigo...at this point I had already figured that I was. But for a guy half away across the country to ask that and for me to have nothing in my profile or picture to connect me to being a indigo was just weird. But if you feel that you are an indigo or crystal just go with it. Not going to hurt anyone. Go with your gut instinct

It isn't about pride. it doesn't mean you are better than anyone else, it means you are more sensitive and spirtually activated than most sleepers.

the alien stuff could be true. You've lived several lifetimes, all of which you don't remember because it's part of an agreement we make as souls incarnating in this plane of existence.

There is no official diagnosis for Indigo. It's a spiritual label, and it requires you have an open mind to learn about any of it in the first place.

When ur friend told u, u were an indigo, did u ever get these energetic bolts down from your Crown chakra, and u kind of spazz or feel energy right after something happened?

It's your higher self or one of your spirit guides telling you "PAY ATTENTION! TO WHAT JUST HAPPENED"

I found this quote and thought it was beautiful.

    Lee Carroll & Jan Tober

In an epic poem, Savitri, the late master Sri Aurobindo of India vividly describes a coming new race of humanity emerging on Earth. Was he reffering to the Indigo Childrens?

"I saw them cross the twilight of an age, The sun-eyed children of a marvelous dawn, Great creators with wide brows of calm, The massive barrier-breakers of the world, Laborers in the quarries of the gods The architects of immortality."

there's no real test because it's not a condition, it's a state of being beyond the understanding of most human beings

So, from what Ive read about this through the stories here, (and currently poking about online) it seems I would fit into this, being as absolutely sensitive as I am. I feel very alone in the family I have, and never understood why I'm the only one like me in it. I don't fit into the descriptions of ADHD or OCD though, but my anxiety pretty much rules me... I`ll keep poking about for answers.

Is there some kind of test I can do? :P

according to that author's idea. like other people have mentioned, there are several theories that speak about these similar types of people. i wouldn't give one person's idea of a date cut-off point too much weight.

So, then I guess I wouldn't be one. It says they are born in or after the late 70s...

yeah, there are definitely different theories out there. i don't know if anyone one is completely right. i'd have to research them in more detail before i picked a favourite.

i don't know if i fall into this catagory or not. there are other terms for this sort of thing that sometimes mean exactly the same, sometimes slightly different, but we're all part of the same wave of 'special' spirits living as human right now

i don't think there's any real way to know for sure. not one that i know of anyway. once somebody "outed" me as one then i did some research and it really sounded like it fit. as a personality description. i don't really buy into the whole alien influences theory. but that's really all i know. if there's a way to get an official "diagnosis" or to learn more about fine-tuning intuition, etc i would definitely be interested. but i don't know that there is.

in conclusion, i'd say if it sounds like it fits then go for it and hit "me too" ;)
