I really wish people would stop commenting on how quiet I am! Really. I know. Its my personality.

I know how you feel.
If I had a dime for every time someone said "you're so quiet", I would be a rich person. :)
I understand why these comments annoy you. I sometimes have to bite my tongue to keep from saying something sarcastic, like "wow, you're observant!"
I don't think these people mean any harm. Most extroverts have what I call "diarrhea of the mouth" ( sorry to be gross ). They feel like they have to be saying something all the time. They often just blurt out whatever they happen to be thinking. Most people speak without thinking.
Thanks for sharing your story. It's good to know I'm not alone. Take care. :)

I wish I wasn't so quiet but I can't change my personality :/

I am exactly in that identical situation...and it irks me so much when people comment on how quiet I am.

The worst part is if you were quiet at school, people automatically assume you're 'smart'. Totally not speaking from experience...

Yes, some people assume that I'm magically fluent in everything from French to Chemistry. I learn at the same rate as everyone else.

I hate that myself. I like being quiet, at times I feel sorry for those that insist on rambling on. They eventually just sound stupid.

Exactly! I feel the same way.
